Product: Service Strap

I had issues with the product that were resolved by a patch released a few days after purchasing. I appreciate the customer service responsiveness. One issue I have remaining with the product is the texturing on the leather. The strap looks more like nylon than genuine leather because of the size of the stitching. Otherwise, great product!
